I order something and never arrived.
I requested my money back and they told me to contact USPS. Is't that their job? Way too expencive for such a poor job and service.

Y’all this site is mostly a scam please don’t order from here! I bought mini hoops and they were wayyy too small for my ears! There’s no returns on earrings!!! It shipped from china, which isn’t noted about, and was rec a month later!!! The material is flimsy and not worth purchase guys please don’t do it!! :( I’m very upset, even if my order was $30.30, I wish I could get my money back!!

I ordered two pair of earrings for a Christmas gift on 11/20. Its now 12/27 and I have no idea where they are. I tried tracking but its showing them waiting for USPS for over 2 weeks. I signed up for email updates and havent seen any at all. I've emailed but no help. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. WORST online purchase experience I've ever had and I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I'm getting NO help from this company. Dont waste your time and money.

Unlike almost everyone else that gave their review, I actually received my order fairly quickly, I like my huggie earrings and they don't seem as cheap as what other people seemed to have gotten (I got 2 pairs one year ago and they're still in good condition considering they were like $35/each. Although the post is starting to tarnish a little, the rest of the hoop still looks good), and I was not charged for customs (I got it shipped to Canada).
Although I am happy with what I got, I would never order from the website again after seeing the reviews. I was happy with my first order, but I am worried that I'll run into the same problems as everyone else if I order again and I'll end up wasting my money. All of their reviews are horrible, dating back last year when I even ordered my stuff. Like everyone else, I saw the reviews after I placed my order and I was so worried. The company overall just seems very sketchy. They advertise as an American / European company but their products come from Singapore. If you look at the company on Amazon, they advertise saying "handcrafted jewelry" which it most definitely is not. I didn't even realize they were charging USD until I saw my bank statement.
I don't know if they changed their website since, but back when I created an account on their website last year, they literally send you an email with your login details INCLUDING YOUR PASSWORD that you created in plain text. This means that they save the password that you create into their database in plain text and there is no privacy for whatever password you enter. This screams sketchy. Companies should never be sending the password that you created in plain text, even to you in an email. This means that the company can also see your password in plain text.
Furthermore, they are now selling "gold". Don't be fooled by this, as I highly doubt it is real gold and you are going to get scammed out of your money!!

Disgusting excuse for a company, they will state their prices in CAD dollars and charge you in USD and say that the CAD is “just for reference” but even when converted to USD is a completely different price. They are an absolute scam. They will tel you you aren’t eligible for a refund when their policy states that you ARE within 12 hours of purchase but not during the “sales period” which has no definition whatsoever. As well as even IF you get approved for a refund it’s store credit, as if you would want to deal with them a second time. Absolutely disgraceful.

Extremely unhappy! I purchased over $100 USD worth of earrings and they all arrived but they are too thick to fit into my earring holes which i have had for YEARS!!! If you are buying "Cartilage" earrings they should definitely be thinner. But unfortunately this is not the case and they do not fit. So I am stuck with earrings that i cannot wear.

Bought nearly 70 pounds worth of jewellery in March and it never arrived. Kept asking when it would arrive and was told it was undelivered / undeliverable. They now won't give me a refund only credit. When I asked to reorder the things I had bought they said the items were out of stock. Absolute joke.

Gold earrings tarnished within a matter of months. You get what you pay for.

if I could, I wouldn't put any stars. According to their website, they say the jewelry is made of silver, but that is not true. The material breaks easily and is cheap. In addition to lying to us, they make us pay the price for quality jewelry. Don't buy from this company, they're crooks.

DONT BE A FOOL
I am so disappointed with the way this company treats the customer. It's been a month and a half since I ordered but still hasn't received any updates on where and why the order is. Customer Support is not helpful at all, won't investigate, and lacks the buyer's protection on every level.

The “gold” jewelry looks cheap and yellow in person. The studs post are too thick for my piercing hole. You can’t return earrings and other items only get you store credit. Definitely would NOT recommend.

I did receive the earrings I ordered, but the pictures on their website are very misleading! These models must have the tiniest ears known to man! What I received looked like they would only fit on a baby's ears! The dangling hoops didn't even dangle because they were so small that they hugged my ears. It is a hit-or-miss kind of deal here.
